An eNote from Nancy

Happy Fall, Ya’ll!

Seems like yesterday that I was moving into my lovely, new office in the heat of summer! These days I have the office window open and am enjoying hearing the voices of the children at the Azalea Mountain School.

A Lot is going on! There is a Youth lock-in tonight. On Saturday we are one of the sponsors of the North Carolina Ceramic Arts Festival at the French Broad River Park (508 Riverview Dr, Asheville, NC 28806) and we are hosting a booth to share about Trinity, our ministries, and our life together. We could use some more volunteers (we’re asking for folks to do 2 hour shifts if possible), so if you’re able, please visit this sign up sheet.

Finally, I wanted to let folks know that we will be heading back into the Gospel of Matthew this Sunday, with Matthew 18:21-35 as the grounding text, talking about the “fruits of forgiveness” that happen when we follow the path of forgiveness.
