5TH SUNDAY EDITION

I love 5th Sundays, as they give us an opportunity to do things just a tad differently. So, please keep in mind:

• 5th Sunday Breakfast starts at 9AM, with our youth and youth families helping to serve a hearty breakfast! Come enjoy fellowship and nourishment before Sunday School!
• HYMN SING is close to the beginning of worship. Here are a few words from the titles of hymns we’re going to sing Sunday. Can you guess the hymns? Have some ideas?!?

RIVER ROCK VICTORY GARDEN

Warning – we’re digging into some serious Biblical matter this Sunday, with David & Bathsheba’s story and Nathan’s parable of conviction to David. We’ll also reference what family pattern follows in 2 Samuel 13 with Amnon and Tamar. I recognize that statistically, the issues surrounding this story will have affected some in our church family. Please know your pastors are ready to listen, speak, and share with you anything that may come up. In case you’d like to read ahead, the story we’ll follow is 2 Samuel 11:1-15, 26 – 12:10, 13a. We’ll also read Ephesians 3:14-21 and Psalm 51.
